The guarantee does not apply to hosting, CRM, website build costs, advertising spend, or any other pass-through cost. These remain payable regardless of outcome.
The guarantee is conditional on the client implementing the agreed strategy without material change, maintaining active payment for all services, and not pausing or reducing the guaranteed services during the 90-day period.
